"Staff I had 7 kids and we were stuck in for the snow storm. Between my kids and nephews being a little loud and excited at times. They were very kind my 4 year old had a temper tantrum and we got a noise complaint. They were completely understanding and kind. Not to mention they gave us extra blankets milk and hot chocolate for the kids. "
