Host was very responsive to any questions. Location was perfect as we were going to a show right down the street. Wonderful restaurants in a walkable distance. Adorable house! Hope to stay here during the summer to enjoy the beach. Perfect!

This was a last minute rental but the apartment was clean (the smell was a little bit overpowering when we got there, but we opened the windows and aired it out). It was a perfect size for our family of 4 and our small dog. There are AC units in the living room and main bedroom but not in the bunkbed ...
