"Very Pleasant Stay"
We had trouble getting home to Baltimore from London due to heavy fog. After already Laing one day to cancellations, we anticipated having to spend a night in London when, after 3 hours in line to rebook, someone asked if anyone wanted to go to Boston. We jumped at getting closer to home. At Logan, we booked a room at Comfort Inn while in line to claim missing luggage. The hotel sent someone to pick us up at the airport. We were very pleased with the room. After a grueling couple of days, it was "comforting" to be in a room with such comfortable beds and plenty of fluffy pillows. Of the airport hotels that came up in my search for a room, Comfort Inn was most reasonably priced and had everything we needed. There was even a small kitchenette with burners, fridge and dishwasher! We didn't use these, but the coffee maker and electric kettle were used. Breakfast was included. The hotel was farther from the airport than we thought, but not too far especially for the value. It was a 5-10 minute ride.

"Good hotel for what we needed..."
Clean. Good breakfast choices. Was central to points we visited on our weekend getaway. Only bad thing I can say is that the room layout as far as facilities should have been better . Could not get to sleep or enjoy T V as guests in next room seem to be filling the bath tub and the noise of the water running and tub filling up engulfed MY. Entire room . Next bathroom adjoined my tv wall and walls must be paper thin. !!!!

"Beautiful and close to the fun!"
The location was perfect, close to the fun in the North End and near the Harbor. Staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, high ceilings and a cozy bed. The pink and gold pens were so cute! I would stay there again in a heartbeat for the price we got via Travelocity.

"Modern waterfront boutique hotel"
This is a nice "5-star" waterfront hotel with an excellent walking location to little Italy section of town. Also an easy walk to the "freedom trail" and many outstanding restaurants. A water taxi stand was right next to the restaurant. I found it odd that the restaurant and bar faced the street, rather than the water, considering the hotel boasted it was a harbor-view, waterfront accommodation. The lobby and restaurant were stylish and the staff was very professional, friendly and engaging (Tip: try the truffle oil popcorn, it's devine). The guest room was very clean, modern, and on the swanky side. The bed was very, VERY comfortable. The bathroom was cordoned off with sliding barn doors. The separate toilet room closed with a glass shower door and, to my discomfort, I hit my foot on the lip of the adjoining shower each time I stepped out of the toilet room. Other than that, it was a lovely accommodation. Overall, I would recommend, especially for this Travelocity price.

"Wonderful historic hotel, impeccably maintained"
Gorgeous hotel, very clean, comfy beds, nice staff. Made good use of the refrigerator--we made a couple of treks to whole foods and kept it stocked. Subway stop is just across the street (only $2.65 from the airport. 15 min ride). Note: subways do not run 24 hours--we took a taxi back to Logan for our early morning flight--that put us out 20 bucks including tip. We highly recommend the Customs House--couldn't be happier.

"Great Place to Stay...Very Comfortable!"
Our recent stay at the Boston Seaport Hotel was exactly what we hoped it would be! We honestly don't sleep well while away, but neither of us had that problem here! The room was great, the staff was outstanding and we really enjoyed our stay in Boston. The hotel is located a bit further away from many historic attractions, but walking was good for us! Once construction in the Seaport Area is finished, the area will only get more convenient. We really appreciated how the concierge staff went out of their way to assist us, too. They were great!
