Hotel Riu Santa Fe - All Inclusive
"Nice resort. Good amount of restaurants offered- although during the hot season, it is uncomfortable to enjoy the buffet when windows are left opened causing the heat to proceed the air conditioner; and or buffets are outdoor seating only. There is a long wait period for the specialty restaurant. Restaurants / bars are a far walk from certain hotel rooms. No elevators within the room buildings, so the higher the level of your room - the more flight of stairs you will need to climb. Great location! Easy to take an Uber and explore Cabo San Lucas downtown area! Requested an anniversary decor for our room and walked into birthday decor!- was still a pleasant attempt given. Food was okay- buffet had many choices though seemed to repeat itself thru the days. Staff was not as friendly or catering, nor were they rude either- they just kept to themselves and did their jobs- which is neither good nor bad."
