If not for the courtesy of the front desk people, I would rate this property one-star as a total dump. I had asked, staying there for five days, to be given a decent, clean room. Bugs and clogged drains in the bathtub, damaged toilet seats, it took 3 tries to get an acceptable room. I am disappointed in Expedia for suggesting this place.

Was there for about 2 hours. Came out and a raw egg had been smashed on my windshield. Told the manager who said there were only 2 rooms above me… no change of room, no refund, no report… I left and will not be back. I did not feel safe there.

My main concern was that we had the privacy sign hung on the door so that no one would go in while we ran out and they still came in and did their thing. I don’t like people coming in and touching my things, which is why we hung the sign. I don’t like returning and seeing my stuff moved and the sign on the desk.

Staff was wonderful let me just say that. I didn’t have a problem with them, what me and my boyfriend had issues with was the lack of cleanliness in the room (normally we put our clothes away if we’re going to be staying for a few days) but we were unable to do that because the dresser was filthy. The room also did NOT smell clean when we first arrived. Overall, experience wasn’t terrible but I expect the hotel rooms be better cleaned for guests.

Amenities are poor, the room flooded. Got yelled at by the maintenance man and the woman on staff. Extremely rude. No apologies for having to switch rooms in the middle of the night. They didn’t grab all my stuff from the other room. Rude, mean and they are not looking after the customer.
