The room we were in had a toilet that would flush! When my husband called the front desk the lady who answered said she couldn’t help. We asked to move to another room and they put us in a different room that was not cleaned and the heat wasn’t working! Awful service! Will not stay here ever again.

Room was clean, staff was courteous. Rated this four stars because the breakfast was not good. The coffee is perfect and convenient. Every day they serve, dried up sausage, links, or patties. And in all the nights I’ve stayed over our last two trips they’ve never served bacon once.

Might be one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at. Front desk was rude with attitude and clueless, ice machines not working, beds/pillows are terrible, toilet wouldn't flush. The breakfast was bad. We coulnd't check out fast enough. Will never return here!

Upon arrival we found that the toilet was not working. We were leaving to meet friends and family shortly after our arrival so we were not overly concerned. We advised the front desk who said they would send maintenance up. When we returned we found the problem was not fixed and was told maintenance was gone for the day. We had to use the first floor bathroom, and one of us does cannot use an elevator. We were on the second floor.
