Night Shift Staff not so good.

Pros: Overall cleanliness, the lobby decor, breakfast facility and bar.
Cons: The after hours service from the desk.
Location: All was well as we were centrally located for our activities.
We arrived around 2:00 am, the front desk was not manned. After waiting for 15 minutes, I walked around in the back area calling out and knocking trying to find someone to no avail. I thought it very strange that I had access to some of the areas that I was searching, like the server room, etc. My wife then called the Hotel and spoke with their representative, who asked if we were on site and also tried to reach someone, ringing the desk, etc. Finally after approximately 30 minutes and while my wife was still on the phone with the Hotel, a security person arrived at the desk. He disappeared and the hotel clerk appeared from somewhere, who then checked us in. We were very tired from our travels, and this unnecessary delay did not go over well with us. We also left around 2:45 am on Monday to catch our flight, and the same after hours desk person could not print out our final charges due to the "computer audit" so we left with a verbal estimate of our stay? She took my email and said she would send it to me. I still had not received the email late Monday night after arriving home, so I called them. RJ the desk clerk had my email as he confirmed with me, and sent it right away. As for the room, we could not latch the bathroom door as the latch does not match up with the opening in the door frame. Also, around 1:00 am on the Monday we left, the hotel instruction/evacuation sign fell from the back of the door, landing on the tile floor waking us up.

Would NOT stay there again.

Pros: Location
Location: Shopping and restaurants
This was our second time staying at this hotel. The rooms need updating, the TVs remotes and cable often do not work. The room heater did not work. We work up to a room that was 58 degrees. Tried it a second time thinking things might be better but not really impressed.

Wonderful

First time staying in a DoubleTree and it was fabulous. Comfortable, clean, helpful staff. Would definitely stay again!!

Great Hotel in Cranberry Township

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Traveled to Cranberry Township for Work, really enjoyed the area. (didn't see much of it, worked most of the time) This property was recently remodeled, and it was really great. My coworker stayed at the recently opened Hilton Garden Inn. I did have dinner there one night and it was very nice. The 4 Points was just as nice, and my dinner there was just as good. After a long workday, I enjoyed a swim in the indoor pool, and a soak in the hot tub. Cleanliness of the room was great too.

Nice place and good pool

Pros: Free Internet, sauna
I picked this hotel for the price and the sauna. The pool area was nice and it was a great little indoor pool. The outside looked better but was closed (winter). Overall it was clean and a good place to stay.
