Front desk staff was very friendly! The room only had 1 functioning light (other than the bathroom) and you could hear the neighbors through the adjoining door. The furnace also wouldn’t turn on so there was no white noise available. The room didn’t provide the comfort or privacy we wanted.

While the hotel was ok the staff/manager were lacking. Unfortunately I forgot a large travel rollup hanging in the back of the bathroom door. Called later that evening and told the room had been clean and no bag, call in the morning. Called three times the next morning with no resolution. Last call they were checking the housekeeping carts. No call back. Two calls into the manager I finally get him and explain and was told that their policy was to throw away items left. I explained this wasn’t just a charging cable or a simple bottle of lotion but a whole bag full of meds and pricey skincare items. Said he checked into it and get back. Called and said that it gone. I told him it went home with someone and if they were stealing from guests they were taking from the company. Advice him to change their policy to give guests at least a day to claim their items! Not a cool policy Wyndham. I expected better.
