Enjoyed our stay at Omni for 2 nights. We took our son to Pittsburgh to go to Steelers game for his birthday. Our first night at 12:04 am the room next to us started getting loud and got into an argument. We tried contacting the lobby but no one answered the phone. Security had to come up and say something to the couple. It woke us up and we had a hard time getting back to sleep. The only other problem with our stay was when we checked in it took over an hour for them to bring our luggage up and when we tried to call for our car in valet no one ever answered the phone so we had to go down stairs to request car. The elevators were a little tricky getting the key to access to go up to our room. I had my phone plugged in to an outlet and it sparked and ruined my phone charger. Last year we stayed at Sheraton in Pittsburgh and I preferred the Omni over it. Our room was spacious where we had plenty of room for an air mattress. We walked to Eddie Merlots for dinner and stopped by Target to get a new phone charger. In spite of a few problems we ran into we would recommend staying there.

The Omni holiday decorations were amazing and beautifully crafted. The energy was palpable as soon as you entered the lobby. It complimented the grandness of this historic hotel. The staff were very friendly, but also went the extra mile providing helpful information. I really can’t say enough good about this stay, one of many at the Omni William Penn. Highly recommended this hotel when staying in Pittsburgh.

Can’t say enough good things about this property. Walking in at Christmas time was like something out of a movie. Staff was unbelievably attentive and polite. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. You can get anything you want in just steps. Absolutely don’t hesitate. One of the best vacations of my life.

Dogs are allowed. However was not aware it would be a 125.00 no refund fee. I didn't see it anywhere when I booked the room. Just that dogs were allowed. I would list this in the future. Valet parking is 55.00. 10 feet across the street 20.00. Hotel needs updated.

The staff here is amazing and went above and beyond. We had a family situation and unexpectedly needed to check into the hotel on Christmas evening. Kyren at the front desk was so kind and upgraded us to a much bigger room since there were 4 of us. We enjoyed the beautiful Christmas decorations and food and drink.
