Staff greeted me and was efficient at the front desk. My feedback of concern is the inability to communicate the need for a shuttle to pick me up at the airport. I had to pay for a taxi so that I could rest up from a cancelled flight and get the first one out tomorrow morning.

Tissues and toilet paper harsh - brought in my own products from Target. Should have bought a better pillow and topper blanket. NO CASH to break a $20 bill !!- always leave a $10 room tip and couldn't - left feeling like a cheapskate. Get in a new ATM that has choice of $5 or $10 greenbacks. All that "Market" stuff is price gouging - Marriott is not like Iceland that has to import everything!! I could go on...

Bathroom was not clean, hair all over the floor, restaurant was closed, we had picked this hotel for that specifically! Key card did not work 2 different times we tried to use it. The hotel and it's staff were fabulous. Expedia on the other hand-absolutely horrible. Had to leave a day late but already paid for 3 nights AND did online check in. When we got to check in, our room had been cancelled. No refund AND had to pay DOUBLE what I originally paid to stay 2 nights and no refund. I will never EVER use Expedia again and will make sure our story is told whenever I get a chance. Shame on you Expedia.
