6/10 Aceptable

Our family of four stayed for six days in March. Overall, we enjoyed the property, but there were a few items that were not mentioned in the listing or disclosed prior to arrival. The manager, Stacy, was responsive during our stay. We were able to check in a couple of hours early, and when we had an issue with the hot tub, she guided us through a fix. I did send feedback after checkout but did not receive a response.A few minor notes: the cookware could use replacing, as the only frying pan was very worn and difficult to use. There were also no scissors in the kitchen. A major plus that was not listed was a twin-size rollaway bed in the loft, which was a huge bonus for our kids to have their own sleeping space. Had we known, we would not have brought an air mattress. The biggest issue was construction noise directly outside the yurt. This was not disclosed before booking and had a significant impact on our stay. Because the yurt has fabric walls, the noise was constant and unavoidable. Construction began around 6:30 am, with loud truck beeping starting at 7:00 am and continuing throughout the day. We were unable to enjoy the deck or hot tub during daytime hours, which was disappointing since those amenities were a big reason we booked. Had we known, we would have chosen a different location on the property or booked elsewhere. Posting this so future guests are aware.
