The host was very responsive, answering questions promptly (i.e. within 15 minutes sometimes). The only thing that was a little questionable was the access to the property was not given to me until mid-morning the day of arrival. The property was extremely clean! Beds comfortable and everything working (AC/ dishwasher/ fridge ice dispenser, etc.) and kitchen adequately supplied (minus the food of course). This neighborhood also very quiet and safe and close to all the activities we enjoyed. Thank you.

Good communication and cute place. It doesn’t have a washer and dryer and the pool is not heated. Both not anyone’s fault but my own for not checking first! Nice neighborhood and fun putting green.

For the most part, this VRBO was a good stay. The updated large kitchen was well stocked, the beds which had memory foam mattresses were comfortable (our friends said the master bed mattress was soft), the front and back yards were very nice and the neighborhood was quiet. Some minor things which could be improved on is to supply better quality paper towels and toilet tissue, have extra kleenex available and touch up some of the wall paint. Also, every night the smoke alarm loudly blared, "the battery is very low".

Property was clean and great for our family gathering. Only downfall was that we stayed a week and there wasn't a washer/dryer available for our use but Ryan was very helpful in recommending a local laundromat. Our family had a great time and we would definitely stay again.

Numerous light bulbs were out in the property. The Fire Alarm was going off when we entered. Dead battery. Towels had a bad smell to them like they had been sitting in a washing machine too long.Other than that, we so enjoyed our stay. Very cute and cozy home and was perfect for our girls trip. A couple of golf buddies and I were meeting up with a 4th for a weekend of golf. He had no room at his house so we found this perfect house within a half mile of his. Honestly, we didn't spend a lot of time in the rental, but everything worked and it was well supplied for anything we might want to do in the kitchen.
