Prime location

The location of this property was in great location to downtown Phoenix. An uber to the convention center was about 7 mins away. The house on the other hand needs a little touch ups. I found chairs not stable, stains on the sheets and also chips and dents in the walls. It also needed more towels which I had to buy more. I loved the gas range in the residence which was utilized on a daily. Overall I would give this property a 3/5.
