Girls Trip!

I stayed here with a bunch of ladies for a bachelorette party, and it was epic!! All the girls loved the place so much that we are wanting to turn it onto an annual trip. The host was super informative and helpful. I really don't have a single bad thing to say about the house or the experience. The house had everything we needed and more! We can't wait to come back!

Family Vacation

Unfortunately it is the smaller things that make a trip great. When the hot tub is not a HOT tub, when the spa works occasionally, when the TV in the master bedroom does not work, and when the property manager lies to you, those are the things that are a problem.

Didn’t disappoint !

My family of 4, sisters family of 4 and parents stayed here and it didn’t disappoint! We actually loved the location and the fact a store was right down the road. The house could have been a slight bit cleaner but we requested to check in early so we didn’t hold it against the the house at all. It was accommodating to all ages and we would most definitely come back!

Loved our stay! We will be back

We loved this property. This house has everything. We didn't want to leave. It is beautiful, clean and well kept, even better in person. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was so much fun. The guys loved the basketball court. We all loved the pickleball court and cornhole. We definitely want to come back, with our kids next time. We get our close friends (like family) together every year for a trip. Sometimes adults only and sometimes with kids. We mainly wanted to go Old Town Scottsdale, so we were afraid the house might be too far away, but it wasn't bad and when we got to the house, we didn't want to go anywhere! It had so much to do. We did leave one evening to Old Town and explored down there before and after check-in. We rented cars on Turo.com and availcarsharing.com (owner rentals, so it's much cheaper rates). We saw on other reviews that the host or property managers weren't very responsive. The day or two before we got there, someone contacted us via text and was very responsive and fast. They even mailed to me my flashdrive that I had accidentally left there. We actually liked that the property managers were not invasive at all. I thought it was a little confusing on the description on the bed configurations in a few of the rooms. In the casita guest house, it has 2 rooms with 2 full or queen sized bunk beds (4 total beds in each casita room. 8 beds total). It also has a bathroom between the two rooms. The bunk rooms had such large beds in there. It was very comfortable for adults. The main house has a master with a king bed and pull out couch. However pull out couch is not comfortable. May need a pad or other mattress for the top of it. One of the rooms has one queen bed and 2 twin bunk beds. The rest of the rooms looked like queen beds. We were all very comfortable and happy there. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much!

Amazing Getaway Oasis!

The property was wonderful! Everything we expected and more. The only negative I would give is that our property manager never returned our text messages once we were at the property. It would have also been nice to get a little more information and communication before we were scheduled to arrive.

Far Better Than Description & Pics

We were pleasantly surprised the property included much more than what was written in the listing. There is aactually a full size/full court (pic only shows one hoop) for basketball that doubles as a nice pickleball court. They have all the sports equipment as well...footballs, basketballs, tons of pickleballs, even wiffleball. There's also a ping pong table, small putting green (plenty of balls and putters) and a corn hole/bean bag game. They also have plenty of pool towels and extra long towels to cover the lounge chairs. Top of the line appliances and a whole home, touchscreen audio system (including multiple outdoor speakers) that can be controlled from nearly every room. The kitchen is enormous with 2 islands, 2 dishwashers, a massive Viking refridgerator, and a fantastic small cude ice maker built into the island. There is a separate apartment called the "Casita" that is connected to the main house by an extra large outdoor covered seating area (shown in pics with the string lights - except they added a privacy wall that shows open in pics). The Casita has 2 large bedrooms with 2 sets of bunk beds (8 total beds) that are all full or queen size. The main house has 4 bedrooms (3 with King size beds and the 4th with a Queen bed + 2 additional built-in bunk beds). There is also a foldout couch in another room next to the theater. It wasn't clear to us in the listing how the bedrooms were setup. The Casita house was perfect for all our teenagers to have their own space (FYI Casita only has one full bath). You can't access Casita house without going outside however there is a covered walkway so its not a problem. We were also given access to the garage that will easily hold 4 full size SUVs. The pool is fantastic as you can see in the listing pics. They provided a remote control to operate the waterfall, lighting, and hot tub heating. We communicated via text with the host regarding a couple minor issues and she responded quickly - within about 15 mins. The location isn't really setup to go anywhere on foot. We had to drive out of the gated neighborhood to take walks given there are no sidewalks and we couldn't get the gate exiting the neighborhood to open without a vehicle. Highly recommend this property!

Amazing place for groups

To start with the bad, I was made a bit uncomfortable by how little communication I had with anyone at the property until 1 to 2 days out. After that everything was incredible. Place has endless amounts to do with a basketball court, pool, theater, pickle ball. Also amazing views of mountains. Location is good, about 20-30 ride to Scottsdale. Also 10 min drive to great hikes in Tonto National Forest. Would rent this place again in a heartbeat

What a find!

We came with a very large group to take in a baseball game and find a home we could stay at and not have to leave for entertainment. Welllll this place more than fit the bill. We had a large group of people ranging in ages and interest. The host recommended a chef who came and prepared our meals so we could enjoy all there was to enjoy. Beds were great and the pool and spa kept us busy app day and night. The basketball court isn’t done justice in the pictures.... it’s a full court and the surface and nets are top notch. We recommend this home highly.

Incredible Family Home

If you are searching for the perfect family and friends setting this is the one. We enjoyed the home immensely. The house was well outfitted with everything you need in the kitchen to toys for the kids. Management was responsive ans helpful.
