This apartment was a great choice for our 3 day stay. It was clean for the most part. Had a washer and dryer, kitchen appliances, a 3 seat dining table, and a nice separate bedroom. The down side for us was that the pull-out couch was very stained on the mattress (looked like urine stains) and there was no mattress cover in the apartment even though there were specific directions to utilize it. There were only two top sheets and a light blanket for the bed, not even a fitted sheet. Be careful when pulling out the kitchen and bathroom drawers as some are broken and may drop on your feet. There is a bit of maintenance that could be done. The garden areas are lovely, providing us with a nice area to visit one evening. We felt perfectly safe and enjoyed a short walk downtown for a meal one afternoon. The parking can be tough as it's first come, first serve. One evening we ended up finding a spot a block and a half away which wasn't ideal for one person in our party. This is a nice, historic property. Overall, this unit suited our needs well. We would definitely stay here again.
