This lovely condo is located on the third floor of a small, quiet community, with an elevator in the building. No key is needed for the elevator. The elevator is hiding in plain sight right next to the stairs.
Located in a convenient Scottsdale community, close to so many places to eat, shop and enjoy!
This charming condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. Take a look at the sleek interior with layered crown molding throughout, tile flooring in all right places, handsome light fixtures, a neutral palette, and a formal dining area. You will appreciate the modern vibe of the spacious living room with balcony access.
Head to the immaculate kitchen with wood cabinets, granite counters, recessed lighting, and stainless-steel appliances. The primary bedroom has glass doors to the balcony, a lavish en suite with dual sinks, and a walk-in closet. All bedrooms enjoy wood-look floors, and 2 of the bedrooms have mirror-door closets.
