Hello FYII was a guest of this host for 3 nights in March/26I had issues with my SIM card (I was travelling internationally) and this lead to difficulties accessing my accommodation. I believe all my text communications were with a bot. This was frustrating for me but I was eventually able to get entry. The most problematic issue I had was about a previously broken bathroom fixture which I notified the host about. Their response was basically sorry and to accept it. In early April I was notified by an insurance company who represents VRBO that my policy was being used to pay for this damage. I have reached out to both the insurance company and the host regarding this lack of integrity. Insurance company had moved on with the claim and suggested I do the same. No response came from the host. This was my first experience with VRBO and will be my last
