Most everything was great. Overall, I would probably recommend. The front desk staff was matter-of-fact. No welcome or warm fuzzy greeting. But got the job done. The walls are tissue-paper thin. I could hear the person in the next room using the bathroom and they were playing music until 3 AM. There is no way to continuously run the fan, so nearly impossible to sleep. The bed was really comfortable. The room had everything I needed. I’m not sure I would call the bar in the lobby a restaurant. I didn’t see a menu anywhere and the all-business front desk lady told me I could ask what they had to eat because, “Sometimes she has food back there.” I ordered food to be delivered instead.

Was disappointed in shuttle service airport to hotel. I was in after 8pm. Had to call twice and waited total of 25 minutes with no pickup. Finally got a ride from embassy Suites shuttle after I told driver I had been waiting for Sonesta for 25 minutes..
