The poor air conditioning kept me awake due to the heat, the toilet paper provided was of low quality, and one of the snacks from the minibar tasted expired like a weird expired taste. Even after addressing these concerns with the hotel staff, I was disappointed with their response. This visit will mark my last stay at this hotel.
