I appreciated the airport shuttle. The water in my room only ran hot. The TV remote did not work. The pool was dirty. The key stopped working halfway through my visit. There was a leaf blower going on and off from 9-11pm outside of my room. Not sure what was happening with that but it kept me awake and frustrated. The AC worked great. There was no breakfast due to a pipe issue.

Terrible!!! I reserved 2 rooms one for my husband and and I and requested adjoining rooms for our girls age 18, 16, and 12. Well i also booked this one as it had stated online that free shuttle every 30 minutes and we were arrivong close to midnight. Needless to say np shuttle so we LYFT as we are exhausted. Get to the hotel and they want to put my husband and i on 2nd floor and our kids on 3rd floor..i wasnt happy or comfoetable with this but we were exhausted and was checkong on closer to mu daighter next day. We go to get girls settled in and key card dont work so i stayed with kids while hibby get card fixed. Well we are atanding there when 2 men start going down halls pushing the door handles going up and down hall. At first i was in shock then mama bear came out and said what are you doing??? Ypu cant be doing that!!!! That was it there was no way we would stay at all!!! We never received our money back for the 2 rooms although the owner apologized and was very understanding as he has family also. They did drive us to another hotel and that was very much apprrciated. Wish we could get the money back though.

This is a fairly large hotel operating as a budget motel that is severely understaffed with little or no maintenance to the actual plant. Poor overall

Staff was friendly and the shuttle service was convenient. The property is disgusting and very unsafe. I unfortunately had no choice but to stay here during a late night flight cancellation and had my young daughter with me. This is a meth hotel and full of junkies or unfortunate airport travelers. I saw multiple strung out junkies and drunks on the property when I arrived, very loud arguments, and terrible smells in the hall. My room was wiped down but the carpet was wet, half the lights were not working, and it was just an overall disgusting place to be. Luckily my time here was limited to 4 hours between midnight and 4am until my next flight, but I heavily urge you to not visit this location until they kick the junkies out and get the place cleaned up.

The hotel is terrible. Very dirty. The door keys did not work. The floors were dirty. The dresser was broken. The lap shade was broken. The staff was not friendly at all. The literally had to manually open each room door and made us wait until they felt like doing it. Please avoid the place at all cost.
