The hotel was was nice, accommodations and location were great. My biggest complaint was the parking. We were leaving early on our departure date so we called the front desk the night before to ask how we get our car in the AM. There were no instructions on the parking ticket on how to retrieve your car and no phone number. The front desk told us to call down in the AM and the front desk would ask the parking garage to bring up our car. When we called the next AM the front desk said they don’t do that and finely gave us a phone number but it didn’t work. Basically I had to go down to the garage and wait 20 minutes for them to bring up our car. This was less than optimal.

The Staff is always courteous. I've been very happy with the Loews in the past but my most recent room was sub-par. The electrical outlets in the room either didn't work or wouldn't hold an Apple cube. The HVAC needs work, too. Overall, the place needs some work.
