Unit comfortably sleeps 4 people! Fully stocked kitchen. Fully equipped with everything needed for a short or long term stay. Just bring your toothbrush!

This unit Is located on the 4th floor of a walk-up building. You will have to take 4 flights of stairs to get to the unit.

Guests will have access to the entire unit during their stay. No areas of the apartment are shared with anyone else.

Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs may result in a $100 fee, so please contact us atleast 48-hours in advance!

Guests will need to find public paid parking nearby. We recommend downloading the BestParking app to view available options in the area and compare prices.

Note: For safety and security, surveillance cameras are located in the building’s hallways and monitor and record activity 24/7.

PETS:
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Pets must be registered at the time of booking and included as part of the guest count. There is a fee of $25 per pet, per day.

Please note, if a pet is found on the property without prior registration, your reservation will be canceled, you will be asked to leave immediately, and a $500 fine will be imposed.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are strictly enforced in the building from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time.

No more than 4 guests are allowed in the home at any time
No parties or events permitted — violations will result in a $1,000 fine, immediate cancellation, and eviction
No smoking or use of illicit drugs inside the unit
No open flames or fire of any kind allowed in the unit
No loud music or disruptive behavior inside the home
Do not disturb neighbors under any circumstances during your stay

This requirement supports the safety, security, and compliance of our property. Guests who do not complete the verification process will not receive check-in instructions, and we reserve the right to cancel their reservation in accordance with the booking platform’s policies.
