Clean room and hot coffee in the morning! Unfortunately no airport shuttle and it was an extra $40 to/from the airport. Next time I might consider a slightly more expensive hotel that includes the shuttle.

The room was exactly what I needed for a two night stay. The room wasnt serviced with clean bath linen, but it wasnt a huge oversight since I was by myself and what was displayed was for two people. A microwave in the room would be nice, instead of going to the front desk.

YEAH ASIDE FOR INFORMING ME THAT THE PIECE OF PAPER THAT STATED $12 WHICH I THOUGHT BECAUSE THE YOUNG MAN FAILED TO INFORM ME BECAUSE IT DOES NOT STATE IT ON THE PIECE OF PAPER THAT IN FACT THEY CHARGED ME ($12) EACH NIGHT I STAYED TOTALING ($48), ONLY TO BE TOLD UPON CHECKING OUT THAT I WAS BEING. HARGED EACH NIGHT I RESERVED & PAID TO STAY AT THEIR EDTABLISMENT WHICH CLEARLY HAS AMPLE PARKING ON THEIR PREMISES & THEN TO BE TOLD I HAVE TO WSIT FOR THE ($150 DEPOSIT THEY IMMEDIATELY TOOK (5-7) DAYS FOR MY ($102)-THE ($48) FOR PARKING ON THEIR PREMISES NEITHER STAFF NOR THE PIECE OF PAPER STATES!..I DO NOT CARE FOR ADJOINING ROOMS WHEN TRAVELING JUST MYSELF FOR SENSE OF SECURITY YET I WAD PLACED IN A ROOM WITH AN ADJOINING ROOM…IT DOES NOT REQUIRE 3-5 DAYS TO RELEASE A DEPOSIT THAT SHOULD BE LEFT IN PENDING STATUS IT ONLY REQUIRES REVERSING THE DEPOSIT BECAUSE AS SOON AS THEY DO MY BANK POSTS IT & I CAN SEE IT.& CHARGING TO PARK ON PREMISES THAT I AM RENTING A ROOM FROM IS LUDICROUS, SO NO NOT AN OPTION FOR ME ANYMORE

The staff was friendly and check in and check out were good. The location was great for a weekend of seeing games and the price was reasonable too. The reason I didn't rate it higher is our room was so loud. We were near the stairs so I don't know if that contributed but there was a lot of bumping and banging all night making it difficult to rest. If you're a heavy sleeper, this is probably a great hotel. If you are a light sleeper, don't count on getting rest.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was unclean (stained bedding, hair in shower, dirty carpet) and in need of maintenance (grout missing on floor tiles). The gym was very good and refurbished.

Room was a little rough around the edges. The bathtub was badly worn. The water in the sink drained slowly. There was no way to control the heat on a very cold night. Staff behavior was perfunctory, not courteous.

Hotel is clean, breakfast was as expected with plenty of options (even dairy-free milk), 1st floor room was quiet - didn't hear any noise from above or from the hallway. Auto-deadbolt locks are a mess. It would lock when I opened the door and I had to jimmy it to get the door closed again. These need to be fixed or replaced. My bath/shower water only got to warm, but I think it was just for my room because my sister stayed in a different room and had super hot water immediately. My sink water was hot, but not the shower, so it's probably a maintenance issue with the shower handle in that room. I did not dock the overall rating for these issues because if they address them then this is a great hotel.
