Microwave was broken. Bathroom mirror frame was missing 1 side. Kitchen was barren. Nothing stocked. No dishes. No utensils. No glasses. Poor facility. $12 daily parking was not properly noted in the reservation site.

This was an absolutely terrible experience. My husband was arriving late in the evening. We called the hotel to ensure he would be able to check in. They said he had to arrive by midnight, then they later said 1am, otherwise he would lose his reservation. He arrived at 11:45pm only for them to tell him that they were sold out and had no room for him, even though he had paid and had a confirmation number from Expedia. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I travel quite a bit for work one of the beds in my room. The frame was broke, and the mattress sunk in in the kitchen, cupboards and drawers. There were dead bugs and never once in my travels staying in any hotels across the country for work have I ever had to pay for a stay And pay for parking per day I was staying there absolutely ridiculous to pay for parking per day that I’m already paying to stay there for my stay strongly don’t recommend staff at front desk extremely ghetto

Firstly, no one at the front desk for check in (neither for the early check out).. room had a smell going in and there were scuff marks on the walls.i just needed a place to rest my head for a few hours from an event and leave early next morning for work.

The bathroom of the room was dirty and had no toilet paper. There were no washcloths or towels and when we called the front desk about it we had to go down to get it ourselves and it took over 30 minutes to get them. We had to pay per day for parking.

The front desk staff were friendly. The area near the elevator had trash leading up to the hallway. The carpet was dirty and the desk chair had body fluids and horrible stains. I had to wipe down everything in my room with a Clorox wipe. At night you can hear a dog barking and people yelling. On the fourth floor where I had a my reservation room.

We arrived at 225pm. The front desk agent said we can not have a room until 3pm because that is when check in is. I asked if there was a room ready she said yes. She finally checked us in 10 minutes later when my girlfriend asked where the bathroom is and the front desk clerk said there was no bathroom, so she finally checked us in.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was disgusting. The floors were so dirty I had to lay down the bed sheets just so my toddler could walk around without touching them. The fridge was filthy—covered in grime and looked gray from all the dirt. To make matters worse, the bathroom had visible mold in multiple places. I don’t know how this place is even allowed to operate in that condition. Completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially families.

No airport transfer even though it’s close to the airport. Just provide a shuttle, folks. Hotel has torn flooring, damaged door frames and furniture. The staff started yelling up and down the hallways starting at 8 am. Unacceptable. Hotel was loud all night long. The front desk guy wasn’t rude but he isn’t friendly or hospitable either. It was just okay for the money but I had no choice as it was the only place with open rooms. I was in a pet friendly room and it kinda smelled. I would not stay again given other choices.
