We had already checked out and asked the valet to bring our car. He left to retrieve it but came back after 40 minutes without the car. When we asked what happened, he said he had forgotten and had to go again. In total, we waited one hour for our car while we were ready to leave, which was very frustrating

Clean room with basic amenities & helpful, courteous staff. Lovely bar/restaurant area with attentive bartender. The only minor disruption is the guestroom doors slamming at all hours of the day and night. If you (or the guests near you, or housekeeping staff, etc.) let a guestroom door close on its own it will automatically SLAM closed ten times louder than it needs to.
