Le 115, air-conditioned town house with interior courtyard and swimming pool

In the heart of Provence, between the Luberon region and Mount Ventoux, le 115 is a beautiful 19th century stone house on three levels with an inner courtyard, large terrace, swimming pool and pool house.
Calm, in the historical center of the village of Pernes-les-Fontaines, you will enjoy the local events, shops and nearby restaurants, while benefiting from the comfort of this house full of charm. Pernes-les-Fontaines is close to Avignon where you will find the famous Palais des Papes and the festival of Avignon; Isle-sur-la-Sorgue reputed for its antique dealers; the renowned villages of the Luberon and the vineyards of the Côtes du Rhône including the famous Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Ideally placed for cyclists, you can ride through the Vaucluse mountains before tackling the mythical Mont Ventoux.

With nearly 100m 2 per level, this family house has been organised, decorated and furnished to offer you a first quality stay with family or friends.

On the ground floor, through the light-filled entrance hall you will access the living room equipped with a flat screened TV (250 channels, Canal +, Netflix) and seating area, then the dining room with a large table (10 places) and a fireplace for the winter. If you prefer tranquility the small living room with its club armchairs and cement tile floor will allow you to relax. Overlooking the terrace, the kitchen is fully equipped: large hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, kettle, food processor, Nespresso... Finally, under the terracotta tiled staircase leading upstairs, there is a second refrigerator and storage space.

On the first floor, around the landing, are 4 bedrooms. 2 with queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms (shower and washbasin) and 2 larger bedrooms with king size beds (or the possibility of 2 single beds) and an independent bathroom with bath/shower and washbasin.

On the second floor a landing with two armchairs makes an ideal reading area. The last two bedrooms are high ceilinged attic rooms, one with a king size bed (or the possibility of 2 single beds) and the other with a queen size bed (or possibly 2 single beds). The bathroom is independent with shower and washbasin. The laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment is also on this floor.

For your comfort in the summer, the second floor and all the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
On each level there is an independent toilet with washbasin.

The inner courtyard is ideal to sunbathe, or to cool in the tiled swimming pool, have your meals in the shade of the pergola or enjoy the summer lounge in the pool house. On the large terrace in exotic wood is a large 12-seater table for your meals, a Weber barbecue, deckchairs and sunbeds.

Bed linen, towels, pool towels and kitchen towels are provided.

Cots, high-chairs and changing tables are available on request.

The house is equipped with SONOS sound system.
