"Plusses: Excellent location right off I95. Very helpful staff. Easy to make reservation and very good pricing. Attractive small swimming pool for patrons. Fairly quiet surroundings. Negatives: extra fee for having a pet; older buildings and rooms in need of freshening up, including better secured curtain rods, properly leveled refrigerator which was also missing the door to the freezer compartment; the central grassy area for dog walking needed mowing. Satisfactory for location and price."

"The first night there when we walked into the room the strong smell of weed was horrendous. We notified the front desk and yes he did offer us a different room, but when we checked in we were told we got the last 1st floor room. I cant climb stairs due to 2 severely herniated discs in my lower back. I wanted to make sure we would not be charged for the smell of weed in our room. He assured us we would not. He informed us that the next day he would have housekeeping come in and try to remove the smell. Never happened. 2nd night was worse. The smell was still there and we had no choice to but to live with it."
