The hotel rooms need to be updated. The bathroom door in our room was not closing and the shower did not work properly. The carpet was dirty and the furniture has many scratches. The towels looked clean but did not smell fresh. The staff is excellent and the locationis very convenient. We have stayed at thus hotel many times over the past six-seven years.

Overpriced for what you get.

The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. We had trouble sleeping and woke up with back pain. The temperature was hard to regulate, either it was too cold, or too warm and muggy. The food wasn’t worth the money we spent. If you want breakfast, go up the street to the diner. You will pay less/equal to their breakfast that is not very good and get what you really want. The dinner also was extremely expensive for mediocre food. Our waiter also wasn’t very friendly. To get help you have to text; there is no really room service so didn’t get an answer or help until hours later. The best part about this place was their gym. Their gym was top notch and I highly enjoyed that. My daughter loved the pool, though it does appear to need some attention, we got good use out of it. a hot tub be a nice added feature since they have the room for it. All in all it was ok but I wouldn’t come again and if I do it have to be for a short time again. I’m glad we only were there for a weekend, any longer and that would have been highly difficult.
