Great location and close to 2 metro stops. We came across several street markets in this area and loved the proximity to Luxembourg Gardens. Twice we enjoyed breakfast at Angelina’s which is on the grounds of Luxembourg. We always felt safe in this area. The condo was perfect for our group of 6. Initially getting into the condo was a bit of a mystery. We felt like we were reading directions in an escape room lol, but we put our heads together and figured it out. The fridge is small but we ate out mostly. Also the ac unit is nice if you stand directly in front of it. It’s impossible for it to work as designed as it is a floor unit with ductwork that is supposed to push the hot air out of a window. The only problem is the windows are large and open horizontally. Still we made it work and it cooled us off a bit for hot July. Evenings were ok because temp is lower and each bedroom has nice large fans. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this condo.

Perfect apartment for our family long weekend in Paris. Apartment is in a wonderful location. Host was great and let us drop our bags off so we could explore the city. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Paris!

Nice spot!

The apartment is in a charming spot in Paris not too far from le Jardin du Luxembourg. It fits a group of five needing four separate rooms comfortably!!We contacted the host the first of three nights about a lack of sheets for the pullout couch bed but never got a response. It was very warm in Paris when we stayed and the AC units did not work well so we just used fans with the windows closed because they look out on a parking lot. This may be useful info for other visitors staying in the summer.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Family of 5, with teenagers, and felt really spacious for Europe. Even with the instructions, getting into the flat does take some figuring out, once you've done it once, it is easy. The window is on the ground floor, and opens onto a little private parking lot which may concern some people.

Very good!!

We loved staying here and liked the area that it was in. It’s a bit far of a walk to the major sightseeing but we enjoy walking so that was kinda intentional. The home was very clean and provided everything we needed. The check-in was well explained but the check-out was slightly unclear. I texted her and got that cleared up. Overall it was an excellent VRBO!!

Quiet and convenient location in the 6th

Wonderful location and so quiet! Our group of 7 (3 adults and 4 kids) slept all night every night and had convenient access to multiple metro lines or could walk 20-30 minutes as an alternative to many major sights. A great street market nearby a couple days a week as well! The neighborhood around is wonderful to stroll through.The property had three beds and pull out couch that worked great for our group. The one bathroom had glazed doors for the shower and toilet so multiple people could occupy it at the same time. Highly recommend!

Spacious lodging in a great area of central Paris

A very spacious 3 bedroom 1 bathroom flat in the heart of Paris, close to the metro, numerous restaurants, and shopping. What more could you want? Our only "complaint" is 1 bathroom was a bit tough for a family of 4, but we made it work. Highly recommended!

Great Stay!

This was our first time to Paris and we loved our visit. The garden apt was spacious and really fit the needs of our family of 5. We felt very secure in the apartment. Thank you for letting us leave the luggage early on check-in day and late on check-out day. Thanks to helpful reviews, we figured out that we needed to use the key fob to unlock the main gate/doors. There are two outside gates that looks the same, you need to use the gate on the left to enter this apt. Overall we enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to visiting again!

Great apartment in central Paris location

Big shared bathroom with 2 big basins, separate bath & shower. Good fans and portable air con were very welcome in the recent very hot weather. Great, quiet location, within a few minutes walk of Rennes & St Placide metro stations. Comfortable beds and decent sized rooms. Nice and quiet on -1 level but also has windows with daylight. No real views but that didn’t matter at all..

Wonderful Vacation

Overall, the place met our expectations! The location is awesome! It’s close to both the buses & metro lines and many restaurants. The amenities mentioned a washer & dryer but we did not see a dryer but it worked out hanging our clothes.
