The apartment location is outstanding. The metro access perfect, and if you want to walk it is equally as brilliant. The apartment itself is ideal French living. Every comfort has been thought of and the hosts are kind and attentive. The only negative was having to leave. Thank you for a magic stay in a magic city.. highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment and the location cannot be beat. Beds (including sofa bed) were very comfortable. Lots of space and storage, very clean and safe. The host could not have been kinder or more responsive. Will definitely stay here again. Merci Jean-Michel!

Amazing stay! Central location and able to walk just about everywhere. Can see Notre Dame from our window and hear the church bells. Bed super comfy, shower nice and hot, and fridge great for cheeses bought for happy hour! Owner Jean-Michel always a phone call away if needed and committed to a great experience for us. Thank you!

Great apt in the Heart of Paris

This was our third time renting this place and still can't say enough good things. The view of Hotel de Ville and Notre Dame and Rue de Rivoli has all the stuff you need. Thank you hosts!

Beautiful central apartment

Beautiful and well appointed apartment with a lovely view of Hotel de Ville and elevator. Very central with metro stop at its doorstep and easy to walk the shops and restaurants of Marais. Would definitely stay again.

Marais neighborhood

Wonderful local places to eat amazing meals, close to transportation and major sites. Amenities included washer and dryer, refrigerator and an USA electric outlet.

April in Paris 2023

We had a lovely stay in a very comfortable apartment. Jean-Michel was easy to communicate with and answered questions before and during our stay. Location was convenient to Metro and many of the museums and sites, not to mention shopping and food. I would absolutely stay here again - and hope to!

Everything was Great !

This Place was better then described, It offered everything you could want. The Location was just Perfect... The view was like you're looking into history every time you looked out, The Host Jean-Michel always was availible with any questions you had... Great Experience !

This is the place!

This location is perfect! Looking out over Hôtel de Ville and a great view of Notre Dame. Near shopping and steps away from the Metro line 1. The place was spotless and perfect for a couple of a couple and two kids. I would definitely choose to stay at this property whenever we return to Paris.

Amazing Apartment

The apartment had everything I needed! I appreciated all the extra dishes and cleaning. The windows with daylight and view of Notre Dame were so amazing. Its very centrally located with Metro stations steps away and lots of shopping and dining around. An ideal place for a week or so stay!

Awesome Experience

This was our second stay in this flat and the location could not be better. The view of the Hotel de Ville out the windows is post-card perfect! The Metro is literally 20 steps outside the front door. The apartment itself is cozy and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay! Overall this is an outstanding property

Excellent apartment

We stayed a week in this apartment and found it very much to our needs. The view on Notre dame was excellent and the metro is steps away. Our only negative comments are that the furniture could use some updating and the elevator starts on the second floor. I recommend this property it is a good value.

Terrific apartment & a great location!

Ideal apartment in the Marais, perfect for a couple or a couple and a child. Apartment has a small kitchen, yet equipped with everything imaginable!!! There's even a washer & dryer! Adorable apartment, easily accessible to everything with the Metro 20 feet from building entrance.

The owners were delightful to deal with. The air conditioning was very helpful during the record breaking heat wave. It's in a fantastic location near restaurants, pubs and places of interest for tourists. The metro is right out the front door. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be back. PERFECT LOCATION

The Hotel de Ville metro station is a stone's throw from the street entrance placing all of Paris within 30-40 minutes travel time. The Place de l'Hotel de Ville just across rue de Rivoli provides iconic vistas of 19th century Paris from the apartment windows. The apartment itself is lovely and well equipped providing the tenant with the option of do-it-yourself espresso.
