Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings from Paris! First of all, thank you for sharing your feedback. It is very much appreciated. Our location is indeed ideal, we have several main metro stations at a walking distance as well as many sightings Paris has to offer such as the Louvre, Sainte-Chapelle Cathedral and the Notre-Dame Cathedral. Regarding bars in the area, we have some on a walking distance that offer typical french food. Other more known restaurants are still easy accessible by public transportation. Dear guest, Such a wonderful review ! Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. L'Empire Paris staff is a real family, and we always try to welcome you as a guest and not as a customer. We are really proud of our multicultural staff. The reception team speak french, english, italian, spanish, portuguese and greek! In fact, we have the advantage of being close to lots of main places in Paris like the Louvre, the Tuileries Garden, the Pompidou museum etc. We are also close to both Rivoli street and Les Halles, two of the most central shopping areas in Paris. Regarding the restaurants we have Montorgueil street at 5min walk, where you can find many good restaurants for all kind of preferences. All of our executive suites have a superficy more than 55 square meters as well as a whirlpool bath, for a very relaxing moment after a long tiring day of strolling in the city or working. Dear Madam, Dear Sir, We hope this e-mail finds you and your family very well. First of all we would like to thank for having chosen L'Empire for your stay in Paris. It was a pleasure to have welcomed you in our establishment. We were glad to aknowledge the service provided by our staff kept up with your expectations and that you find our rooms big. We were nevertheless surprised with your comment regarding the room towels, drapes and carpet. We are aware that being a 4 star hotel means having a certain level of service and equipments, and, despite the fact that there are always items that need to be constantly replaced, what you've mentioned above is something that would not pass unremarked by our housekeeping manager. We have neither received complaints about our towels, which we pay attention to be snow white nor the small carpets found on the executive suites. Apart from this room category there are no carpets on the wood floors. Now regarding the carpet on the corridors, while the housekeeping ladies are cleaning the rooms and removing items left by the guests it is normal that you see some objects outside. When they finish the rooms though they vacum clean the corridors and the dirt is gone. As mentioned above, there are always things to improve and items to be replaced and we are really sorry you didn't have the experience you were waiting for. Now we'll definitely continue paying attention to our equipments and work hard to improve our performance as the 4 stars hotel we are. We were hoping to have the oportunity to welcome you again in Paris and will definitely stay at your disposal if you want to contact us and discuss about the situation.
