Very well located studio, in the heart of Paris, near the rue Etienne Marcel and the corner of the rue Montorgueil, 15m from the Grands Boulevards.

At the foot of the flat are many shops, cafes and restaurants.

This tastefully decorated flat will take you on a very pleasant journey to the heart of Parisian life.

- Living room with double bed and a very comfortable sofa bed for one person, 1 table with chairs, Smart Tv, Wifi

- A fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer)

- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet

The studio is too small for three people. I would like to say it's perfect for two people. The location is good, close to grocery stores and restaurants.
