DO NOT BOOK – FILTHY, UNSAFE, AND INFESTEDThis was by far the worst Vrbo stay we’ve ever had. The condo was infested with cockroaches, and that was only the beginning.We reported the cockroach problem early in our stay, yet no action was taken while we were there. We were told pest control couldn’t come until after our checkout, meaning we were expected to live with an active infestation for the rest of our stay. This was unsanitary, unacceptable, and incredibly stressful.Beyond the bugs, the condition of the unit was disgusting. The carpet was visibly dirty and stained, clearly not cleaned properly between guests. The pull-out couch was bent and broken, to the point that it could only be slept on backwards just to make it usable — completely inappropriate for a unit that claims to sleep multiple people.The kitchen was also grossly under-equipped. This condo advertises sleeping 8 people, yet the kitchen had only 4 spoons and 5 forks. Basic necessities were missing, which made even simple meals frustrating and impractical.This property is poorly maintained, poorly managed, and not fit for guests. The issues we experienced were not minor inconveniences — they were serious problems that should never exist in a short-term rental. Had we known the true condition of this condo, we would never have booked it.Save yourself the stress, discomfort, and regret. Do not rent this place.
