This 30a beach house boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 2 bunk beds (twin over full), and 1 queen bed - and large living/dining/kitchen area with room for everyone. Enjoy your time along famous scenic highway 30A!

A few minutes' drive to the East and you can stroll the streets of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Just a few more minutes to the West, and you will find yourself in Seaside, Water Color and Grayton Beach.

A few steps out the front door and you will be at the small community pool. A few more steps and you will be at a public beach walk-over. Our beachfront neighbors welcome visitors and there is plenty of room to set up and enjoy.

Just bring your swimsuit - we provide beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare easy vacation meals.

This house truly exceeded my expectations! Fantastic location - great set up with the bedrooms and bunk room. The kitchen was very well stocked (could use some additional forks and knives as we kept running out). Rarely is a house better in person than in the photos - but this one was! Beach is literally right across the street and a short mile walk to the Big Chill/Hub. Easy bike ride to rosemary beach. We did have a rental bike stolen while we were there - so be sure to lock up your things! ( teenagers don't listen). We really enjoyed our stay.
Stayed 5 nights in Apr 2026
