Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and small appliances. Unit has a front loading washer/dryer stack unit in the bedroom. We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean with ample space for the 3 of us. We loved having our coffee on the balcony that overlooks the pool. Location is very convenient and only steps to the beach. This section of the beach was absolutely beautiful. Clean and not overcrowded. The kitchen provided everything we needed. Ice maker worked great! There were plenty of fresh towels for bathing. Nice touch with the extra beach items that were available. If we make it back to PCB, we will be booking here again!

Easy to access but the unit was a bit dirty and dated. Stairs to the upstairs creaked and felt unstable. Smelled of “skunk”. Might’ve been neighbors but it was definitely stinking up the place. King mattress in bedroom was very very soft and could stand to be replaced. Overall was fine for our needs but could have some simple updates/better cleaning.
