Please note that through March 2026, this property will be undergoing exterior painting, and the parking deck will also be under construction. The onsite laundry facility will be closed from November 2025 through March 2026, and the pool may experience periodic closures between late September 2025 through February 2026. Workers will be present, and guests can expect some construction noise and dust during this time.

Continental #107 is a first-floor Gulf front studio condo that sleeps four, centrally located in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida. This charming studio condo boasts a fully equipped kitchen with solid surface countertops and table seating for three. You’ll also find two queen-size beds ensuring maximum comfort for three guests (max occupancy per fire safety code), a wall-mounted flat screen TV for entertainment, and large windows throughout, to optimize your views of the Gulf of Mexico.
