We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was one of the cleanest rentals we’ve experienced, very well-appointed, and the private walkway to the beach was incredible. The home itself was beautiful and had everything we needed.That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. Some unused rooms had handprints on the walls and the stairs could use a touch-up. The required “walk-through” at check-in felt unnecessary and took 30 minutes to show us two things that could have been in a guide or video. We also weren’t told pool heat was 85/day, leading to delays and a service call where the pool still never heated properly.Another concern was an unannounced pool service visit, which was uncomfortable during family pool time. Most concerning were the (5) numerous security cameras, including one pointed directly at the pool. Without clear data policies, this felt intrusive and would make us hesitate to return.The property is in a prime spot near attractions, which means it’s lively and noisy at night, and we often cleaned balloons and glass from the driveway. Overall, the home was amazing, but for the price, clearer communication, more privacy, and less disruption would make the experience exceptional.
