"My husband and I stayed over 4th of July weekend. We took our boat and put in at the landing which is a 5 minute walk. We kept our boat tied to the dock at the house. Which has ample parking. The house is just as it appears in photos. The beds are comfortable. Other reviewers mentioned the couches need to be replaced. This is true. All else is great and we will stay here again."

"If you are looking for a secluded beach that you can walk barefoot to, look no further & book this home!! My family stayed 7 nights in June and we MIGHT have seen 5 families set up on the beach at the same time… as far as our eyes could see ….BOTH directions. This beachfront home is close to the water so it made it easy to transport all of the things needed for a great beach day. The bathroom, enclosed shower, & washer/dryer on the lower deck were all utilized, convenient, and helpful.This home was perfect for my family as the 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms were across the hall from each other so 2 families have their own private areas. The loft was great for our child to sleep. Pet friendly is a deal breaker for us so we are thankful our older 6 pound yorkie could tag along. My family had dinner at 4 local restaurants that were within 15 minutes of the home. It was so nice not having to drive very far out of the way for great meals. Dollar General is also 10-15 minutes away to pick up any last minute needs.The outside decks (photos of left & right views of both upper and lower are attached) are the showcase to this home! Both make for amazing photos anytime of day, but especially at sunset without even having to get back on the sand. The owners were prompt with communication & eager to address any issues to make our stay the best it could be. If we make it back to Alligator Point, we would not hesitate to stay here again."
