O hotel tem uma.boa localizacao. Atendentes simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto é pequeno e precisa de uma reforma. O banheiro apresentou bastante vabandonado, com estragos. Poucas tomadas. Hospedagens em Palmas são caras e por isso o custo beneficio seja ruim na cidade, comparado a cidades mais turísticas e mais visitadas, como Maceió, Rio de Janeiro e São Paulo. E por isso, o hotel até que atende bem. Paguri 200 na diaria.

Precisa atenção no controle da limpeza

Desta vez, no check in entregaram chave de um quarto que tinha sido usado. Roupa de cama e de banho sujas. Em resumo: quarto não foi limpo. Voltei a recepção, pediram desculpas e entregaram outro quarto. Hotel precisa melhorar muito a qualidade no atendimento ao hospede.

Limpeza decepciona bastante

O banheiro do primeiro quarto em que fomos acomodados estava completamente sujo, com respingos de urina em todo o vaso sanitário. Reclamamos e nos trocaram para um quarto menor. No dia seguinte não tivemos limpeza de quarto pois estávamos no último quarto do hotel e a limpeza só acontecia após as 17h, horário que havíamos acabado de chegar para tomar banho. No terceiro dia pedimos que a limpeza de nosso quarto fosse adiantada pois chegaríamos no hotel após as 15h e fomos atendidos, porém a camareira levou o lençol embora e tive que ir buscar outro. Também não fez reposição de papel higiênico e tive que sair para buscar.

Recepcionista mal encarada e suíte sem privacidade

A estadia não foi das melhores, a começar pela recepcionista que parecia um robô, sem nenhum brilho no olhar e não pretendia cativar o hóspede de modo algum, fez parecer como se estivéssemos incomodando e não fôssemos bem vindos. A suíte não era legal, pois a janela do banheiro era um blindex e não havia nenhuma película que fizesse com que não mostrasse quem estava no banho, totalmente transparente, banhar era um incômodo, sempre achando que havia alguém te vigiando banhar. O ar-condicionado parecia um helicóptero, ou passa calor durante a noite e dorme ou passa a noite na temperatura agradável porém, sem dormir com o barulho, pelo menos a cama era confortável. Sobre o café da manhã, para um padrão 3 estrelas achei bem fraco. No geral, o hotel não merece estar na classificação 3 estrelas, já me hospedei em hostel mais agradável e aconchegante que este hotel.

A única coisa que me chateou é que não tem opções de restaurantes próximos ao hotel. Só encontrei um espetinho muito fraquinho. Para meu jantar e almoço utilizei um aplicativo local.

O hotel atendeu bem nossas necessidades de hospedagem de uma noite só. O hotel não dispõe de frigobar dentro do quarto, mas há boas opções na recepção.o café da manhã é normal, mas o serviço precisa ser mais eficiente na limpeza e arrumação de mesas já usadas por outros hóspedes. A recepção foi muito cordial nos ajudando no agendamento de táxi para onaeroporto namadrugada do nosso embarque.
