It's just minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios and all the awesome Orlando attractions. Plus, it offers all kinds of extras like complimentary WiFi, flat-screen TVs in each bedroom and washer and dryer.
Equipped with all the bells and whistles, the gourmet kitchen boasts granite counters, stainless appliances and a large island with seating for three. Just off the kitchen, an eight-person dining room table is the perfect gathering spot for a good meal and even better conversation.
Chic mixes with comfortable in the living room, where you can curl up on the leather couch or claim a spot on the love seat. The living room also has a flat-screen TV and sliding glass doors out to the patio and pool. Get your daily dose of vitamin D splashing in the pool, relaxing in the spa and taking a nap in the pool deck loungers. A patio table offers additional seating for dining al fresco with a gorgeous lakeview.
If you can't find the kids, they are probably having a blast in the game room. This beyond-fun room comes with air hockey, foosball, a pool table and an arcade machine. Or you may find them upstairs in the cozy loft area watching their favorite movies.
Gorgeous blues and beige outfit the first bedroom, the second bedroom is bright and cheerful and has a queen bed. The upstairs master offers beautiful blues tones and a king size bed with en-suite bathroom where you'll find double sinks and a walk- shower. Take a dip in the ocean when you enter the 4th bedroom with two custom bunk beds each with full size beds and you can find everyone's favorite mouse in the bedroom #5 equipped with two twin beds. Bedroom #6 has a queen size bed.

As a guest of Solterra Resort, you have access to a resort-caliber pool plus an amenities center. The home has easy access to Interstate 4, so you can be at Walt Disney World in less than 20 minutes and Universal Studios and SeaWorld in 30 minutes. Plus, there are tons of dining options, retail stores and two grocery stores just five minutes away.

Optional pool and spa heat is available for $40/night + tax(minimum 3 nights). We would recommend adding pool and spa heat to your reservation between the months of November and April.

needs new pots and pans. Only had knives and forks, no soup or coffee spoons. Only 3 wineglasses. For a luxury home it should be better equipped in the kitchen. The house was immaculate. Pool area was beautiful and the water in the pool was nice and warm which allowed us to use it even when the temperature dropped at night. we loved the home and will be back when TRUMP is gone.

We've stayed at this Villa when it was owned privately back in 2018 and happy to say that we found the villa to be just as good this time around. There's plenty of room for our family if 15. The games room was great for the kids in the evening and the pool area was lovely, we got to see the gator in the lake out the back a few times during our stay. The host was responsive, and the check in and check out was seamless. Solterra is a great place to stay for a vacation and we would definitely stay again.

Poll was an issue

Excellent stay overall but heat for pool was an issue. Paid 40 a day and expected heat but took three days to get the heat as there was an issue. Once fixed, few days after, again an issue and had to call in to get it fixed. Manager responded quick but very frustrating!

Not a very pleasant experience!!!

The home is very spacious and the neighborhood is very nice. However you can only park 2 cars on the driveway or walk about 2 block and hope there is parking in the round about... The home smells like dogs, the game room in the garage is nice but no A/C... No soap, toilet paper or gas for grilling. They told us we had to go to the store and buy these items at the store... Supposedly you pay this amount of money to enjoy not to go by gas and supplies at the store! Very poor setup will not recommend!!!

Spring break

Everything was excellent with the home. We lived the pool and the outside patio. The grill was excellent, best in a bnb ever. I thought that the house provided you with enough of everything to have an excellent time. The parking instructions were not clear. We had 3 cars and there was no room to park in the driveway for the 3rd car. The pass said to park in white marks and there are marks all along the road. Turns out there's only a few spots for you to park down the road in the neighborhood. We parked in the road in the marks and our van was towed. Luckily it was only 175 dollars and easy to retrieve. Park however you can fit the car into the driveway even if they stick out a bit.
