First of all, the facility is very good; the best hotel in the area and convenient, close proximity to the nearby hospital where I work. The rooms are clean, well decorated, the hot water is hot, and everything works. The parking lot is well illuminated, and the front desk is well organized. I will be staying here at least 2 nights/week for the foreseeable future.

I give four instead of five because I only have two problems. It was the third floor, so that’s fine, but the door was not closing all the way you have to hit it hard in the water pressure. It was ridiculous. We can’t even take a shower, but the bed the room, the cleaners everything it was OK it was good.

They gave me a nice room except the tv doesn’t work … they let me get free breakfast I think that was nice … but they actually wanted me to pay 10.00 for it but I made a complaint about my room and they wanted to put me on the 4th floor in order to have tv … I’m like no so that’s how I got free breakfast…. But yea they charge for breakfast … they have good coffee … no vending or food at night … but the night guy and morning girl are deff good on hospitality …

The staff wasn’t very friendly, and the room door didn’t seem to be properly installed, as there were gaps in the frame and it stuck out when closed. The hotel also requires a $150 deposit, which would have been helpful to know ahead of time. Overall, the stay didn’t feel worth the cost
