This property was not as advertised and not up to cleanliness or security standards of other homes I've rented this area. Check in was a nightmare and we didn't receive the code until 15 minutes after our check in time. Upon arrival we noticed that the Ring door bell was hanging out of the wall with wires exposed which felt suspicious after all the hassle we had to go through to get the door code. The visit continued to feel uneasy as the neighborhood was rowdy with people hanging around throughout the night. The home didn't seem ready for guests. Bed sheets were damp on the beds, furniture broken, stained walls and carpet, and dishes half cleaned.Worst of all - on the first night as we were locking up we realized the sliding door lock was completely broken from the frame and could not securely lock. We reached out to the property management team around 9pm and were advised that maintenance would come fix the issue. We waited two hours and a person reached out claiming they were on the way. Another few hours passed and they advised that they wouldn't come until the morning and suggested we just "put something heavy in front of the door." Considering all the suspicious activity in the neighborhood - this advice was absolutely ridiculous and not at all safe. We decided to book a hotel instead and were told that the property management would issue a refund for that night. Its been two weeks, lots of emails and still no refund. Do not book here.
