I want to start with a warning, 2 weeks after our stay Orange Vacation Homes is attempting to charge us for 9 Stained towels! I can guarantee we didn’t stain any towels, there were 3 of us, no one wears makeup and they were only used for showering. Feels much like a tactic to make a little extra money. A 15 year VRBO veteran, first time being asked for money after our stay. Quite a disappointment. House was great, needs more silverware. There were 3 of us and we had to wash mid day. Clean, nice pool, good neighborhood. But beware of extra charges that literally could be anything they claim you did. They process payments outside of VRBO so I assume that is another tactic that allows for this type of charge.

Overall the property was great! The location was perfect for our trips to Disney. It could use some more silverware. Also, the ice machine kept getting jammed and when we tried to get the ice out we realized that the inside (where the ice and water comes out) was covered in mold.

Golf Getaway 2025

Came to Florida for a week for a PGA tournament and a few days of golfing ourselves. House was everything we needed and more. Pool and hot tub were definitely worth paying the heating fee, and the putting green was a fun little competition! Could use a few more utensils in the kitchen, but otherwise everything was perfect!

Perfect Family House!

This house was perfect for our Disney vacation. So many rooms and spaces to hang out while not at the park. We requested the heated pool option and it was 100% worth it! Communication with the host was by far the best I’ve had!The only gripe with the house is the kitchen utensils and appliances were lacking. There were only 7 forks for a house that sleeps 14 and the oven was not the best to cook with. If you plan on eating out this shouldn’t be an issue for you. Over all great place to stay.

Perfect for Larger Group

We were down for a wedding and came a few days early to enjoy the parks. The property management team is non-responsive to my I queries although fired off several mass emails about the incoming hurricane. We were forced to leave early because our flights were cancelled forcing us to leave and I have not heard a word back about offsetting the cost due to Milton.

A great family vacation house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with 2 adults and 5 kids ages 9 - 18. The biggest benefit was that everyone had their own bathroom - no fighting! Also, the house is just beautifully decorated and beds were super comfy. We made it through the week with the basic supplies provided (toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, etc.) and we ate out a lot except for breakfast (they have a keurig and a drip coffee pot, we just bought some K-cups for easy coffee). The pool and golf were fun, as was the game room in the garage. Note it is not air conditioned in there, and the light is insufficient to play ping pong at night, but we enjoyed it during the day. The management company was responsive to inquiries and very professional and polite, too. Most of the places we ended up going were about 30 minutes away, and the traffic in Orlando is pretty heavy, so I wish we could uproot this house and move it closer to Discovery Cove! :). Still, we were super happy with our selection of place to stay! Playing at the house rivaled all the parks.

Awesome house

The house and location were fantastic! My kids loved having the putting green. We had putting competitions every day. The pool and hot tub was great and warm! We could get to Disney Springs in about 10-12 minutes with no traffic. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning stopped working sometime during the day and we had gone to the beach and didn't get back until late and it took a few hours for a repair guy to get there and we had already put the kids to bed and he knocked and rang the doorbell and woke up the kids, but he was able to get the AC going again pretty quickly. Overall, the house was great and perfect for us.

The Property is an excellent value for the money. It’s large, clean, neatly appointed, and easy to use. The only issue would be the sulfur smell when using the water in the house, but I’m sure that can be remedied with a water filter. We loved it!

Great home to stay at instead of hotel!

We loved your home. My staff and I had a conference at a local resort and chose to stay in this lovely home. Great kitchen. We all enjoy cooking, so it saved us a ton of money by not having to eat at the hotel. Keurig coffee maker was nice as well. Private pool was relaxing after a long day. Having our own restrooms was amazing. Outdoor BBQ was excellent. Close to Disney parks and close to our conference location. Thank you so much!!!!!!!
