This great Florida villa has ceiling fans in every room of the villa!

The bright and airy kitchen has all the comforts of home with appliances, pots/pans, silverware and all utensils, water and ice maker.
This fantastic villa has an extended patio with loungers a bubbling spa all facing open view!
The perfect retreat for those days when you want to take a break from the parks.

This Disney area villa comes equipped with its own games room complete with basketball shootout, air hockey and pool table all included in your rental fee.
The family room has two comfy sofas a flat screen 42 inch TV, DVD player, surround sound, stereo, good selection of children`s books and there are some board games as well. There is broadband wireless internet connection so you can hook up your laptop and surf the net and keep in touch.
The family room has a huge and impressive cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan.

The downstairs master bedroom has a King size bed with pillow top mattress, Flat screen TV, DVD, dresser, walk in closet, tables and lamps, alarm clock , ceiling fan. The master bathroom has a hair dryer, a huge jacuzzi bath with invigorating jets, twin sinks, toilet and walk in shower.

The upstairs master bedroom has a King size bed with pillowtop mattress, flat screen TV DVD, ceiling fan, walk in closet, Dresser, tables, lamps. Private bathroom with hair dryer, bath, sink, toilet and shower There is another 3 King Bedroom and one Queen size bedrooms. Each bedroom has built in or walk in closets, Flat screen tv`s ceiling fans drawer space, tables, lamps etc And there`s more! This floor also has two further bedrooms each with a twin (single) bed and a set of bunk beds in each both rooms also have flat screen TV`s, storage space etc. To cope with all these bedrooms there is a further 2 family bathrooms each with toilet, sink, bath and shower.

Ok so we have toured the interior of this great Disney villa. Let`s go see what the outside space has to offer!
All doors leading out to the pool area are fitted with safety alarms and the pool has an optional child safety fence for the protection of the little ones.
The villa has an oversize pool and deck area complete with shady lanai area with 3 ceiling fans for additional comfort. There is an outside shower, a gas bar b q grill, plenty of tables chairs and sun loungers all contained within a protective screened area and overlooking conservation woodland right at the rear of the villa. The pool itself has a bubbling spa attached and a really nice fountain feature.

Emerald Island is a beautiful resort with gorgeous landscapes and wonderful views. The clubhouse has a concierge area which provides information free of charge to guests staying at the resort. You can keep in touch with friends or family back home in the cyber cafe and the kids can enjoy themselves in the arcade. The clubhouse also features a sparkling community pool and hot tub for guests to enjoy. Alongside the pool is a Tiki bar where you can purchase drinks and food. Cleanse your body with the free steam sauna or raise your heartbeat in the fitness room! Free tennis and basketball.

The overall stay was great. Everyone stayed in the hot tub most of the time. It did take it about an hour or 2 to get fully hot but it was cold out several days. The beds were comfortable. The tv’s are not smart tv’s so be prepared to not have apps to log into like Netflix and stuff because they can’t connect to the internet.We had a small plumbing issue in the kitchen but the host was very quick to send out someone. The host was very quick to respond! I would recommend this host and the property. The neighborhood is beautiful.

We had a nice stay overall and would consider staying here again. The house was comfortable and in a quiet location, though it could use some updating. The mattresses were okay—some were quite firm while others were very soft—but nothing unbearable. With so many people using streaming services now, upgrading the TVs to smart TVs would be a nice improvement, though it didn’t impact our stay much.The game room was a big plus and kept our kids entertained, which we really appreciated. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding provided. We were especially impressed with how family-friendly the home was—having cribs, a high chair, a couple of strollers, and a pack-and-play available was wonderful, as many rentals don’t consider families with little ones.The kitchen was well stocked, all appliances worked properly, and having a crock pot available was an unexpected and very helpful bonus.One suggestion would be including access to the pool and grill in the base price rather than charging extra, as those are amenities many guests expect. Another small hiccup was check-in at the clubhouse—we arrived around 9:50 PM (not realizing it closed at 10, which wasn’t noted in the listing) and were met with some frustration, even though stopping there is required to obtain a parking pass.Overall, this was a pleasant stay with a few suggestions rather than complaints. With a few updates, this place could be even better.

The pool was not heated only the hot tub when you turned it on. There was a mixed mash of cooking items most of them need to be thrown away. There was an electric kettle that obviously burned and was still in the cabinet and the other electric kettle did not work. We got the crock pot out to use but the side was dirty and the inside smelled so we did not use it. The cabinets in the house all need to be repainted and knob's that aren't sketchy. My brother stepped on a pice of glass as the house obviously wasn’t cleaned well before our stay. The pictures did not at h the stay. The bed my husband and I slept on needs to be thrown out as it is was very well hulled out on each side. The house did have enough space for the family that came other than that it would have been nice to have a heated pool or at least a better understanding that only the hot tub would be heated when turned on and that was what our extra 150 was for. Probably better to have all remotes without tape on the back as the front room TV would just turn on and we were not able to turn it off which kinda freaked my grandchildren out. The owner may want to have the front where the door is cleaned as well and a new door put on as the lock was easily manipulated. Also the pool guy should have been announced as he was there when we got back one day and that was kind of disturbing when we got home.

It needs to better maintain, very dusty, it had a mildew order when entering the house. My family has respiratory issues, Thank God my daughter brought there med. The cleaning crew need to clean underneath beds and small places and change bedding. Overall my grands had a wonderful time. Next time I will choose another home.

The house was perfect for our group. Enough rooms and plenty of space. We definitely enjoyed the spa! The host responded in a timely manner when we needed assistance on the last day. The only issue we had was the parking situation. We had our group carpool to abide by the 5 cars that were allowed, but with only two cars in the driveway and a black truck parked right in front of the house during our entire stay, we had to park one of them by the clubhouse. A little bit inconvenient, but we made it work. We do this once every year in November and would really like to use this house again in the future.

The house was terribly unclean, I mean downright filthy. It needs a serious deep clean. And the sheets and towels aren’t washed with soap only water. So it’s really gross. There were kitchen cabinet knobs that fell off if we pulled on them. The dishwasher more like rinsed off the dishes, they were alway dirty when we pulled them out. We asked if they would refund 50% and they agreed, only the 50% they offered was more like 33% of what I paid. The only thing about this place that was good is the fact that they had decent toilet paper. Save yourselves some grief and get a better house for the same money or less.

The property is great if you just need a place to put your stuff and sleep.Shouldn’t been label as luxury, nothing about the property is luxurious at all. Host super nice great communication during the process before checking in. House needs some major cleaning my poor infant, my sibling and myself super sick since we got dust allergies. Move crib and dust everywhere and around the house, furniture around the house falling apart or fixed in an unsafe way.

The house was clean and had all the necessary kitchen equipment. The space is a little smaller than the photos, but it's still very comfortable for a large group. The beds were comfortable for us. However, the house needs more care and attention. The owner is very responsive to any need. Cable and Wi-Fi are no problem. Pool ideal.

Great place to stay for large group

We had a brilliant couple of weeks. The location of the villa is great, overlooking a small lake at the back of the property and villas either side but didn't feel that it lacked privacy. There were plenty of beds giving us good choice on who should go in which room to fit the dynamics of our mixed group of teens and adults. Beds were clean and comfortable.The villa is a little dated but everything worked as expected. Pool was lovely and clean when we arrived and was regularly maintained throughout our stay so was always sparkling. Only things worth noting is that several of the poolside chairs are broken and could do with replacing. Also hot tub timer doesn't work properly so will continue to run for hours if not manually switched off, this means it can get VERY hot which could be a safety concern, especially if you have younger children.

Everything started great..we asked for an early check in and they accommodated us. We thought things were off to a great start until we walked in the house. The door was already unlocked when we arrived. The house was FILTHY. Floors dirty, cabinets covered in food, bathroom door covered in who knows what, bugs crawling on the floors and in bathtubs (i know its florida..bugs are common) I informed the manager of our concerns and she sent someone over to clean the house again...while we were already there. She sent someone the next morning for the ants crawling everywhere. The house needed more than someone to come clean the surfaces. This house needs a DEEP CLEAN. Dust in the vents, under all beds, windowsills had dust and dead bugs. It was just filthy everywhere. The sheets were disgustingly stained. The pool area had broken chairs. After a few days our swim suits started to smell AWFUL from the pool. Dishwasher wouldn't get dishes clean, so we hand washed all dishes for 12 people. Overall, it was not a great experience and I would not recommend this house to anyone.

Excellent Stay!

Very happy, the house was clean, pool was excellent. I was very happy that it was all tile and wood floors - no carpet so the floors were all very clean. Everything was nice and in working order, plenty of space for 15 of us. The house is also next to the management land, so no houses directly behind us. We saw Sandhill cranes, ducks and turkeys while swimming. Hot tub was simple and easy to use- and warm. Definitely would rent this home again.

Desperately maintenence needed. Jacuzzi leaked, had to add cold water daily. Garbage disposal and dishwasher didnt work. Advertising for 18 to 20, day before arrival i was in formed 18 maximum. Paid for pool heating and because of having to add cold water it was always cold...Bedding old and outdated.otherwise lots of room and nice resort.

Golf trip stay

Overall this home met our needs for an 8 guy golf trip. Home is a bit dated (furniture, cupboards etc) but wasn’t a deal breaker. There was a list of things that needed maintenance or updating that I let the host know about. He acknowledged it and said he would advise the property manager. Pool and hot tub were great. Our host was very good at responding.
