We had a wonderful family vacation here. Check in was easy. Directions were clear. The kitchen was perfect for us to cook for the family on nights we stayed in. The beds were very comfortable! Our large family enjoyed the media room and game room a lot too!

The house was amazing and the neighborhood was great with the pools and lazy river as an easy escape from the house! The house was great and provided so much entertainment for our families. The only complaint is the grass was so high and the weeds were overtaking the grill that was not clean at all so we did not use. There is a bird that was perching everyday on our Lanai and using the bathroom on the chair and pool deck which was a little yuck but wildlife doesn’t care!

A great house for family

There is nothing not to love about this amazing house. From watching all the wildlife behind the house and in the creek to playing Foosball, pool and arcade games to watching a movie in the incredible home theater, this place has something for everybody. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware, and a more generous starter package than most properties these days. The landlord is wonderfully responsive, the house is in great working order and the Story Lake community is a a lot of fun to visit. And kids love the character-themed bedrooms that go way, way beyond just some wallpaper. The kids live inside the movies they love. We will be back!

It was perfect for us. Disney parks were so close. Airport and groceries were also close. Our family loved this house. Four grandsons loved Star Wars room. Pool and resort pool were a hit. Watched a movie in theater as well. Plenty of room to spread out. We would stay here again! Host was great answering any questions I had promptly. Ten stars from us!! Thanks for having such a great home. We had such a great time. We didn't have any long waits getting back into resort. Just make sure to get QR code to show attendant.

Amazing house

My family and I truly enjoyed staying at this house! It was not only very clean but set up perfect for a relaxing vacation! The property owners and resort were very communicative and so polite. They answered every question that was asked professionally and in detail. My family and I definitely plan on staying in this house in the near future! We have absolutely no complaints!

Family Disney Trip

The place was spotless. The only complaint we had was that the pool table and air hockey tables were unusable because two more beds were placed in the game room blocking them from use. My grandsons were a little disappointed in that but the fantastic pool area helped. The movie theatre room had broken seats which we did report to you but we were able to work around that. Overall this was a great place and we had a great time. If possible we will be back!!!

Wonderful location; great property

Universal Visit

Great location for anyone visiting Disney or Universal Studios. Management and host of our rental were exceptional. Concerns were addressed very efficiently. All 16 of us were very impressed by the layout of the rental and the decorum of the bedrooms. I found it well worth the cost.

2025 Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our VERY large family! It was spacious enough to accommodate 15 people. The covered pool was a huge hit for the kids and adults alike. And the community pool with concession stand was very fun!! Will definitely book with David again!!

As Described

Overall this is a great property and exactly as listed. Being a corner unit there isn’t a neighbor on one side and is a nice touch with the open space and water surrounding is great to sit out and enjoy the area on the patio. Check-in was a breeze and communicated promptly. The 2nd gate was not operable and sometimes the main entry was slow going in. Very close proximity to the Disney parks and great location for restaurants as well as stores.
