Very nice holiday inn !

This was a Wyndham hotel and I guess Holiday Inn bought them out. But they renovated the hotel and it looks much nicer than what it was before. I don’t recommend staying on the first floor because you hear all the noise. Other than that, everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable.

Reasonable room

The hotel is somewhat dated and the hall to the room was musty. The bathroom door need maintenence. But overall the Ac worked the staff were polite and the bed was comfortable.

Floor guests were extremely loud, the play area was filthy with dirty diapers left in the play structure, room was covered in hair and the toilet/shower was dirty upon arrival, the Starbucks downstairs was out of 70% of items. The only positives were the front desk staff and the distance from the parks

Overall we had a great experience. The staff was very helpful. Gaby made the check in experience super easy and enjoyable. The room was was great. Clean and updated. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing. Highly recommended.

I have to give a 3 to cleanliness but that's because of the few issues I encountered in the room. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom when we checked in. I did not tell my wife and flushed it before she saw it. And then the second night there was a little spider thing that was crawling on the bed. It was about the size of a pea. The shower was nice and clean, the rest of the room and the hotel were nice. I can see they are udpating but the carpet looks like it's from the 90s. The staff were really nice and the pool and entrance and all that were very nice. The location looks shady but it's not. It's just a little off the road and nothing else is updated there. The beds were comfortable and the AC was very cold. The towels were decent and I like that they had dove soaps and shampoos. No bars, all bottles so no mess on the counter. If they could update the carpet and the pest control this would be a nice place to revisit.

We visited this property a few years ago when they were first building the Chuck E. Cheese on the property, so we were looking forward to seeing it completed. The Chuck E Cheese area is great. They got tubes and a variety of games for both younger kids and older kids. However, our rooms were moldy. We had two rooms on two different floors, and we all felt the repercussions of it. The moment we went into our room, I could smell the mold and mildew, especially on the bedding. My nose immediately stuffed up, and I don't suffer from allergies. I woke the next morning with a horrible stomachache. My son was in a separate room, and he threw up that morning and was also stuffy. Other people in our party complained about stomach pains. I'm very disappointed that they didn't upkeep the hotel, and sadly, we will not be returning, which is so unfortunate because we really enjoyed the arcade and the fact that they have a Starbucks on site. The staff also had an attitude that they absolutely hated being there. No one wants to deal with that on vacation. I guess you get what you pay for.
