Being near WDW a lot of families and kids are expected. the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff could have been a little more friendly but it that was fine. Look out for hidden fees!

The wall in the shower area was cracked. One of the lights around the mirror and the vanity was flickering the entire time. Elevator button lights did not function properly, so not light up to indicate it was pushed.

This property was excellent value for money. The staff was very professional. The only thing I didn't like is that there is someone set up trying to sell time shares to you when you register. It is very annoying and he makes it hard to say no.

The first encounter was hectic and the front desk receptionist was not as accommodating initially. However, she did figure out how to assist us and the managers were helpful once they explained the issue with our booking.

I liked the hotel spaces for families such as the indoor play zone, pool, arcade, and dining area with deli. I didn’t like having no trash bags in any trash cans in my room, black mold in the shower, peeling ceiling over beds, hair on towels and in bed linen when delivered to room both days of stay, and did not like smell of pet in the halls. I absolutely did not like the guy at the counter where he pretends to give you gifts just to have you sign up for a tour with some people that pressure you to buy something.

The property itself was great. We didnt stay in the room for very long but check in was seamless and quick, parking was no issue and the location was ideal for our time at the Disney Parks. Lazy Service and Hygiene

When the hotel sent me a text to extend one night for 30% off, I clicked YES, and they gave me a room two nights later! Also, the price was about 15% more! The girl (late teens or early twenties) at the counter switched the days to correct it, but not only made me pay the 15% more, but also made me pay another $100 deposit. On top of that, the pool the whole time was just filthy. Algae on the bottom (see photo), and the new room’s a/c was on the blink. Near the Disney Parks, but you pay in lazy service in return . No thanks.
