Excellent customer service. Totally quiet, great acoustics throughout the building to make me think I was the only guest out of maybe almost 200 rooms in the building. Very clean.

Overall I was most impressed with the staff, they were friendly and went above and beyond. We stayed on a night that was fully booked, and the front desk staff was dealing with no internet and large numbers of people. She managed multiple things at the same time and was friendly. The breakfast was good, and most importantly well organized and clean- one of the cleanest breakfast areas I've ever seen. The room was large, and the location was fantastic for restaurants, shopping, and Gatorland. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Great breakfast, staff was friendly. HIGHLY recommend. About 20 minutes from Disney and worth the drive.
