Gemstone House 13 Bed Rm 11 bath. w/ Pool and lake brand new 30 guests

A brand new home just started July 2021. Total of 20 beds. You will sleep comfortably on $2000 reclining mattresses Sleeps 29 guests you can have 18 adults in 7 king size beds and 2 queen all electric reclining, and 2 full size beds for teens and 9 total twin beds (1 triple bunk bed 2 double bunk beds and a single bunk bed)

Party lights are available in the living room including a great 3D surround sound system and also available party lights in the Diamond club ( 2nd floor) and the pool area. The lights can be synced to the music to greatly enhance the experience. You can choose for Alexa to play any music/ video or song you like. The 85 inch Tv can play any movie or broadcast you would like to watch. And all can be controlled by voice command or use of a remote.  The heated pool and jacuzzi overlooking the pond has 2 large Tvs and Beautiful  furniture and extensive party lighting and ping pong table.

This home is a smart house that uses computer to order by voice to turn lights off and on and TV's and  fans. In addition the theater in which you can order the computer to watch any show you want also with voice command or remote. This house started renting in July 2021, very clean and lots of games . The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and there is a stroller car seat and hi chair for babies . Also available is a starter kit of soaps and shampoos all you need is food to cook or just to order out. You can use voice commands to order groceries and pizza ect...

The Gem stone House . com has hybrid hypoallergenic mattresses, and pillows. All rooms have retractable ceiling fans with three color lights to fit the mood. All bathrooms have bidets. All master bathroom suites are equipped with electronic remote bidets; Lilted faucets to let you know the water temperature and vanity seating. There are two full-size washers and a dryer upstairs and downstairs.

Upstairs, the game room “Black Diamond Club” has a billiard table, air hockey table, 2 full 44-inch linked race car arcades, a 44-inch screen Terminator arcade, a jumbotron with 4 mounted TVs, and a lounge area overlooking the pond. And party lights.

A mirrored workout room/gym is equipped with a treadmill, bicycle, and other workout equipment.

Children’s wing upstairs includes 4 bedrooms, having 11 beds. And the toy story room has a space shuttle bunk bed ( new addition) that lights up by voice to simulate the space shuttle take-off. The toy story bedroom has a 2 set of twin bunk beds (5 beds) and contains a secret kids tunnel which leads into the kids playroom . The kids playroom includes a large enclosed twisted slide; two multi arcade games, karaoke and more. The candy land-themed bedroom has twin bunk beds which resembles a cozy cottage house

This house offers a fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. All floors, except for the bedrooms, are tiled or marbled. Also, there are 23 TVs throughout the house, including an 85-inch TV in the living room  The living and dining rooms are modeled with diamond simulated furniture that can seat 35 people.

The theatre seats 14 people and includes several display windows that reflect a starburst moving field to simulate a moving starship in space. There is a 4k projector with 5-million-pixel resolution 2400 luminous and a 135-inch screen with a 3D Dolby Atmos sound system 2000w 9.2 surround sound that shakes the house! An amazing lighting system will give you an experience that is truly out of this world.
This resort is Strategically Located between all the major parks. It's no more than 20 minutes from Disney or SeaWorld or Universal studios. It is in an area designed for tourists with fun activities such as ice skating, escape rooms, alligator lake tours, miniature gulf, go-karts, bowling centers, haunted houses, more restaurants than I could count, and shows for kids and adults. Only one mile from Walmart, Publix. The gemstone house is less than one year old and it's built for that specific purpose . It's a gated and guarded resort. It has a huge swimming pool with slides for kids and a very nice workout center and a clubhouse. The name of the resort is Verandah palms. You will get codes to access all the amenities for free. Wonderful House and host

We had 10 adults and 11 kids (0-7) and the house was perfect. The space upstairs and on the main level was great. Wahid is a fantastic host and has decorated and outfitted the house with just the right vibe and functionality. I’d recommend this house and Wahid to anyone. We will be back!!!

Bridal Party House

Me and my husband rented this property for our bridal party to stay the week of the wedding. We did countless research and after far too many rooms decorated in Mickey and princesses we landed on the gemstone house. And let me tell you. I watched the videos on YouTube. I examined the layout and knew where everything was and how nice everything looked. But I was blown away when I walked in.Somehow Wahid made it nicer than I could have ever expected. From the beds reclining and being soft like a cloud. To the patio having tables that slide out to hold even more people. It was the details in each and every room that won over my heart. I amSo thankful me and my bridal party were able to stay in this amazing house and I am already planning on returning. Thank you Wahid for not just having every spice in the cabinet. Or plastic plates/cups for outside and glass for inside, or having a bidet in EVERY bathroom. But thank you for making a home away from home for everyone who stays here.

Great place for a reunion

We had a reunion of all adults from around the US. 14 of us stayed there with plenty of space to spare. It would have perfect for kids but we chose to take this trip with only adults. The house was just as it looked online. We loved it. There is parking space for 7 cars. That wasn’t on the listing but that’s how many fit.

Perfect for large family stays

We had a fantastic stay at this property with our large family of 28, ranging from 1 to 78 years old. The house was spacious and perfect for accommodating everyone comfortably. We especially enjoyed the theater room, the large kitchen, and the open living room, which were perfect for family gatherings. The location was ideal, close to all the Disney parks, making our trip even more enjoyable. The host was a great communicator and quick to address any concerns. While the cleaning team initially missed a few spots, and we were short on towels, the host promptly sent the cleaning team back and provided fresh towels, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely consider coming back for another family getaway!

Perfect stay!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for our family to stay for our Disney Christmas vacation. The house had plenty of space for all 13 of us. We even lost each other sometimes. The heated pool was great for our grandson and the hot tub was a hit too. The location was in close proximity to the parks and to shopping also. Wahid was so helpful and was quick to respond to any questions or things that came up during our stay. We will most definitely stay here again!!

A Flawless family trip

First off Wahid was a more than a Great Host! So personable, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic about us enjoying the home. We had about 22 people stay in the home comfortably. The pool and hot tub was awesome and warm. The grill with propane cooked perfectly. The cabinet was stocked with seasonings which I appreciated. We will be renting again, very soon.

Perfect for Family Vacations!

My family absolutely loved this property and appreciated having their own bathrooms. The two refrigerators helped out alot, as well as the two laundry rooms. The theater is very cozy and has plenty of seats. The pool was very clean and our kids had so much fun in the pool! The owner Wahid is very nice and was very attentive to our needs. We all had such a great time, we will book again with the Gemstone House!

Business Gathering- Fantastic Property!

Came here for a business conference with co-workers. An amazing property and exactly as described. Wahid is a highly attentive host and prepared to assist at any hour of the day or night. He is expressly clear about this policy and wants to make the stay great. So many bedrooms, each with amenities, tv’s and bathrooms. We had a chef and bartender for a dinner. There was much in the way of cookware and accommodations for a small function. Thanks again to Wahid for all of the attention and concern for our stay! We’ll come again to the Gemstone House

Wow!

We stayed here for a week with friends and family. What a house! So much space for everyone to spread out. The game room was a huge bonus. The arcade games were a blast! The house was as advertised. I spent lots of time in the enormous theater room watching college basketball. There were no major issues or concerns. The owner, Wahid was very responsive and always willing to assist. We travel to this area 1-2 times a year and have never felt the need to rent the same house twice, but since staying in The Gemstone house we might rethink this moving forward.

Business trip turned into family fun

A 3 day business trip turned into a family fun environment for myself and our guests. This house is perfect for any occasion. It is eqquipped with the most up to date technologies. Even for a person like me that is not to knowledgeable in that department could figure everything out. The layout of the home is amazing. Many bedrooms spread throughout to be able to sleep all of your guests comfortably, but also the entertainment rooms are large enough to have everyone all together. State of the art movie theater was a hit on our last night. The beds and furniture were all first class. This beautiful estate was well designed and decorated. Thank you for the great communication. We look forward to rebooking our next stay.

Best vacation home ever

The house was incredible with all the fun arcade games, pool table, ping pong table and televisions and comfortably slept 20 adults for our stay. But that wasn’t what made our stay perfect. It was Wahib that made sure we had everything we needed while we were there and even checked in to make sure we made it home safely. Great person and recommend this house to anyone.

This house was beautiful. There was enough space for my entire family to sleep comfortably with approximately 16 people ranging from infancy to adulthood. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Truly a GEM!

This property was as described and more! The Gemstone house looks even more beautiful in person and worked perfectly for our large group. Wahid is a Super Host. He goes above and beyond as a host to make sure that your stay is exactly what you expect it to be. Wahid gives you a personal tour upon arrival which makes you feel more comfortable with controlling the smart home and navigating through all the home’s features. The amount of detail that Wahid has put into this home is very impressive. The Gemstone theme throughout the house is unique, elegant and fun. Every picture we took in the house looked like we were at a professional photo studio because of the beautiful curtains, marble floors, Black Diamond and White Diamond walls. The house is located on a resort, but we were having so much fun that we never left the house to explore the resort. The house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation with private pool, large theatre, game room, home gym, and plenty of space to always be comfortable. The 2 refrigerators and dishwashers were extremely helpful. There are also crockpots, Keurig coffee machines, toasters and other appliances accessible. The beds at this house are amazing! The beds are pure high end luxury comfort! There is also a laundry room on both floors. We did not have any issues with this house and had no need to call anyone for assistance during our entire stay. I would highly recommend vacationing at this home. It will definitely be memorable!

I hesitate to make this review because of selfish reasons! Giving it the great review that it deserves will result in more people booking it and I NEED it to be available for us when we return next year. First and foremost this house is amazing! We traveled with 9 couples and were there for several days and not once did we feel crowded....we could easily lose people in this house. The amount of detail that Wahid has put into this home is beyond anything we have ever seen before. The gemstone theme took it to the next level and made room assignments a breeze! The house is a smart home and although it took a little getting used to, it was easy to control everything in the house. The fact that Wahid gives you a personal tutorial upon arrival is a great plus. The house has everything you can ask for including two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two washer and dryer sets, a mini fridge upstairs and more. My personal favorite room in the house was the theater! Part of our agenda included a date day, several couples (myself included) decided to have our date at the house because there was no need for us to leave! We encountered a few minor issues during our stay but Wahid was a simple text message away and had maintenance men at the ready to address any issues that we had. Even his maintenance men were accommodating stating "if you have any other issues, just call Wahid and he'll call us...we'll be right over". This has been our best VRBO experience by far! Wonderful Place

Wahid the host was exceptional. The Gem Stone house is the best there is. You can’t go wrong with the gem stone house. Wahid took care of your needs and always made sure that you were comfortable and to reach out if you needed anything. A great house.

Nice

The host was there when we arrived he gave us a tour of the house. The house is very nice I would stay again. The grill didn’t work but he said that he was going to replace it with a new one. The pool area could had been a little more clean just had use floaty left. But overall the house was very nice.

Great for kids and family

The house layout was great. Wahid was awesome with communications. It is definitely a vacation rental so you don't feel like you are in someone's house. I didn't like all the construction going on, but once that is done it will be great. Clubhouse was nice. Close to everything.

Great stay for large group

The property was as described and worked wonderfully for our large group. Lots of space and rooms are spread out. The house has only been around for a year, but it is very worn in some areas- which is expected with the amount of use this house has gotten- I think it is a popular destination and I would highly recommend. Wahid was prompt at communicating and answered any questions that we had along the way. He goes above and beyond as a host to make sure that your stay is exactly what you want it to be.
