We came in very late and everything was set up nice for us with the lights on. However, there was definitely some wear and tear to the house. The pool light was not working, the Jets in the hot tub also was not working. It took three days for them to come and fix it. We also were locked out one night they said it was because we shut the door too hard, which was not the case. Getting in touch with somebody was responsive overall. The beds were relatively comfortable. We had plenty of blankets, towels. there was tears in the screen on the back patio, which led to multiple squirrels being within the pool area. overall, we did have a nice stay amount of money that we paid. I’m not sure we would’ve stayed at the specific house again. Windsor Hills amenities are great. Full house and clubhouse. Amenities are great. We have stayed at Windsor hills twice now..
