The indoor area is furnished with everything for a marvelous stay. You will also enjoy spending a lot of time on the private back patio, perfect for soaking up the sun after a relaxing swim in the pool. Stylish waterproof curtains increase the privacy of this magical space. We have also recently done away with the pool alarms and replaced them with a safety enclosure around the pool. The pictures do now show the safety enclosure which was added in Feb. 2021.

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

1. The Pool is heated in the winter at no additional charge!

2. BBQ: If you need to use BBQ, please contact the landlord in advance; there is a $35 grill fee.

3. Please be advised this is a peaceful neighborhood. We value the integrity of the area and are committed to holding the neighborhood's beauty and desirability. We ask for your cooperation in fulfilling this. As a part of this process, we would like to advise that we use noise calibrating technology from Noiseaware. It is to ensure that there are no parties or excessively loud music playing. We cannot hear actual conversations; this only measures the decibel level on the property.
